GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
Martin Modern was made by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The property’s layout was credited for its lush botanical garden surroundings, complemented by a rugged artistic influenced at the neighbouring shore sanctuary. At Martin Modern, 80% of the land is dedicated to landscaping and features, and GuocoLand’s another trademark design qualities, such as a grand lawn and abundant areas for leisure activity and enjoyment, are feature.
The property even gained 4 major honors at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Quality Citation in 2018 in the unfinished projects category, consisting of Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
The International Realty Federation, identifying the value of architectural brilliance, durability, community activity, and honest industry practices, has granted GuocoLand for its dedication to these prices in the development of Martin Modern.
Martin Modern, a luxury condo by mainboard-listed real estate developer GuocoLand, was identified as World Silver Winner in the Residential (Tower) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
“Martin Modern is a very special venture to GuocoLand, as it marked the start of a new phase in our design journey whereby we redefine modern luxury for today’s buyers,” states Dora Chng, non commercial executive at GuocoLand.
The project has already taken several other major real estate and layout honors.
It was assigned Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; High-end Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Honors 2021; and Finest Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Awards 2020.
It is GuocoLand’s 5th accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It previously gained honors for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Property in 2018.
