Habyt launches new flexible living space in Tanjong Pagar

In August, Habyt Asia Pacific CEO Jonathan Wong signalled that the business was planning to include even more short-term living options to its local lineup. The first properties within the Habyt Flex concept are the 39-room Habyt Novena and the 27-room Habyt Kallang, both started in August. Other properties under the Habyt Flex concept involve Habyt Cantonment and Owen Residence by Habyt.

Residents of Kada at Maxwell will enjoy endless and free access to the property’s health and well-being features, like the performance fitness center, cold plunge, infrared saunas, hot tubs and foot baths.

A public tender to lease the real estate, now taken care of by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA), was introduced in September 2023. The tender was evaluated based on the bid price and the top quality of the proposed concept, and SLA urged prospective buyers to consider fresh way of life principles.
